From 2017 to 2022, Gina’s bakery in Ridgefield Park, NJ became a sweet sensation. Her signature Key Lime Pies didn’t just win local hearts — they took over New York and New Jersey, gracing the shelves of FreshDirect, Morton Williams, Zabar’s, Grace’s Marketplace, Brownstone Pancake Factory and more. Over 800 pies a week were sold, bringing that tartiness zing to both big-name retailers and beloved neighborhood shops.

In 2022, Gina shut down her storefront and decided to pursue another lifelong dream — opening a charming Bed & Breakfast in El Salvador. But the story didn’t end there...

Fast-forward to 2025: Gina’s daughters, Chelsea & Melia, are proudly carrying the torch. With the same passion, family recipe, and a fresh twist of zest, Gina’s Daughters is bringing our legendary Key Lime Pies back to New York City — and beyond.
